What OmeTV is
OmeTV is a random video chat with a web version and an app for Android and iOS: it connects you by video with strangers and you move on to the next one with a tap. Callumbra has no relation to OmeTV, which belongs to its owners; its terms may change, so check its official site.
What to check before switching video chats
- Bots and fake accounts: ask what the site does to stop them (mandatory camera, reports reviewed by people, real blocking).
- Moderation: what happens after you report someone and whether the other person finds out.
- Gender and country filters: whether they exist and whether they are free or paid.
- Registration: whether you can try without an account and what happens to your data.
- Whether free is really free: minute limits, a card upfront or hidden subscriptions.
How Callumbra works
- Free 1-on-1 video chat and messages, with no time limit.
- You create your free account in a minute.
- Random matching between people from all over the world, with priority by interests and language.
- «Like» during the call: if the other person likes you too, you keep talking by message.
- Camera on required when connecting, adults 18+ only and reports reviewed by people.
- From your phone or computer browser, with nothing to download.
If you were banned on another video chat
Every site has its own rules. On Callumbra the rules are simple: respect, no sexual content, no asking for money or personal details, and adults 18+ only. If someone reports you, a person reviews the case; and if you think a decision was a mistake, you can appeal.
