How to protect yourself, and what we do when something goes wrong.

Zero tolerance for minors

The service is for adults 18+ only. If you suspect someone is a minor, report with the reason «Suspected minor»: it's reviewed with top priority, above any other report. Reporting for this reason during a video call ends the call and blocks that person for you.

Sexual and non-consensual content

Showing or requesting sexual content or nudity is not allowed, nor is sharing images of other people without their consent. If this happens to you, leave the call with «Next» or «Stop», block, and report.

Blocking

You can block anyone during a video call («Report or block»), when it ends, or from a conversation. From that moment you won't be matched again and can't message each other. The other person is never notified. You can undo it in «My account → Blocked people».

Reporting

You can report during or after a video call, or a specific message in a conversation (harassment, scam, impersonation, prohibited content, spam or another reason). Reports are confidential: the reported person is never told. They're reviewed by someone on our team; no report automatically suspends an account, so it can't be used for false accusations.

Tips

Don't share personal data, addresses, passwords or codes.
Be wary of anyone who asks you for money or wants to move you to another payment app.
When you meet someone, take your time before sharing your phone number or social media; and if you meet in person, do it in a public place and tell someone you trust.
You can hang up or move to the next person at any time.
If you're in danger, contact your country's authorities before contacting us.
