Privacy policy

What data we keep, what we use it for, and how we protect it.

1. Data controller

2. What data we keep

  • Account: email address, password (only its encrypted hash), the date you confirmed being 18+, and the version of the terms you accepted. If you sign in with Google, we store your email and an identifier for that account.
  • Profile: the name, gender and country you declare. People you talk to see your name and country; gender is used for filters.
  • Sessions and security: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP and browser, to detect unusual access and repeat accounts abusing the free trial.
  • Usage: your video calls (with whom, when and how long), the free time and messages you've used, and your «Likes».
  • Messages: the text of your conversations, with their time and read status. They're automatically deleted after 180 days. You can delete the ones you sent whenever you want.
  • Payments: the reference for each payment given to us by the provider, and your membership status. We don't store card numbers.
  • Moderation: blocks and reports (confidential), with the reported message's text as evidence, and a log of administrative actions.

3. What we don't keep

We don't record or store the video or audio of video calls. The chat you write during the video call isn't saved either. We don't sell your data or send it to AI services.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We only use what's necessary: a session cookie and a local marker that remembers you confirmed being an adult. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

5. Who we share it with

With PayPal, to process your membership payments. With Google, if you sign in with your Google account or if we use its mail service to send you notices. We don't share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, under Chilean personal data protection law. You can already edit your profile and delete your messages from My account. To request full deletion of your account, write to us at callumbra18@gmail.com; we reply within a maximum of 7 days.
